Recipes: How To Make Economical Jollof Rice

Economical Jollof Rice

INGREDIENTS: Rice, meat, salt, tomatoes, onions, thyme, groundnut oil, margarine, maggi.

PROCEDURE:

  • Prepare the meat and cut into moderate size.
  • Wash meat and boil with salt, onion and thyme
  • Fry meat in hot oil until brown
  • Slice grinded pepper and tomatoes
  • Fry grinded pepper, onion, tomatoes in a got oil, add salt, maggi and other ingredients as many be required, allow to cook well and then add your washed rice
  • Allow to steam for about 10 minutes and then add enough water to boil till well cooked to taste.
